p.4 Chapter 1.3 "a higher price is associated with a higher price"
should be "a larger house size is associated with a higher price"
p.43 Chapter 3.4.4 "This remarkable result result .. " repeats the
word result.
p.75 Chapter 4.5.2 On third line of page should be "We do not reject
H0 at level .05 since |t| is less than c = 1.973". Delete the word
"not".
